Mishmash Musings

Jerry bought an iPhone a few days ago. The contract for his old phone finally expired after two long years, and though it would have been really nice to just extend the contract for the minimum monthly amount, he really wanted an iPhone. Now we’re saddled with huge monthly payments again, but at least we’ve got a pretty cool toy in return!

The best thing about the iPhone is the App Store. We’ve already gone crazy in there and download everything from a flashlight app to a barcode scanner, racing game, and Internet radio station. I also made Jerry put the Facebook and WordPress apps on the phone, even though he doesn’t use FB and doesn’t blog. Those are for me!

Anyway, I have to admit that the iPhone is a very nice piece of technology. In fact, I might even get one myself when my phone contract expires. Unfortunately, that’s still 14 months away!
