Mishmash Musings

The net is really buzzing about a 13-year-old blogger named Tavi Gevinson who somehow managed to wrangle front-row seats to the Marc Jacobs show during Fashion Week in NY. Apparently this young lady has a blog (Style Rookie), and though she calls herself a “dork”, seems to be pretty popular these days.

I must be out of it or something because I cannot figure out what all the fuss is about. I’ve skimmed some of the blog and it basically looks like it’s about a girl who dresses up in weird outfits and then posts photos or videos. Anyone care to tell me what I’m missing here??
