Did you hear that Casey Johnson, the heiress to the Johnson & Johnson empire and Tila Tequila’s girlfriend, was found dead yesterday morning? Details are still sorta sketchy, but she was apparently found dead at her L.A. home around noontime. Authorities reported no initial signs of foul play, but a cause of death won’t be given until after an autopsy, toxicology reports, etc.

Casey Johnson was 30 years old and had a history of drug and alcohol problems.

Normally, I don’t get too interested in celeb deaths or whatever, but Johnson is the daughter of New York Jets owner Woody Johnson, so I’ve been hearing about this on football sites as well.

The holidays are great and all, but I’m really looking forward to things getting back to normal. It seems that every year from Thanksgiving to sometime in early January, I get thrown way off track thanks to my family being home from work/school, various businesses being closed for the holidays, having to travel for family functions, etc. It’s like six weeks of very low productivity, which starts to fee like an awful lot towards the end.

So while it’s great to sit at home and watch bowl games like Ole Miss in the Cotton Bowl or Texas Tech in the Alamo Bowl, I just really need to start having eight hours to myself each day while everything else is business as usual as well.

I can’t be the only one who looks forward to getting back to normal, can I?
