Say cheese!
We bought a mozzarella cheese-making kit and will try our hand at making our own mozzarella tomorrow. I am a HUGE mozzarella fan, and have heard that this is an easy cheese to make. Everyone who makes their own says that it tastes 100x better than the stuff you can get at the store, too. We have a tendency to screw these kinds of things up, but hopefully our first batch of cheese will turn out great!!
