I had been doing so well for most of the summer, but then I slipped up these last couple weeks. How unfair is it that an entire summer of self-control and deprivation can be erased in just two weeks?? I’m up three pounds from where I was at the beginning of the summer — and I didn’t even enjoy myself in the process! I really just need to buy some appetite controlers and be done with it. Maybe pills can do what my own willpower can’t. At this point, what do I have to lose?
